Variations and Flaws
Our products are individually handcrafted and slight variations and flaws may occur. Returns will not be accepted due to slight variation and imperfection. Examples of this include 'pinholes' in the glaze and variation in the decoration and shape.
In very rare cases, a structural flaw becomes apparent in a piece after the first few uses. These will be replaced.

FAQ's
Q. Why does the same shape have different prices for different pieces?
A. Pieces with lots of different colours and motifs are more difficult and more time consuming to make and this is reflected in the price.
Q. What are your shipping charges?
A. This depends on the size and contents of the order and the destination. It will be calculated at checkout when you enter your post code (but don't worry you certainly are not locked in to the purchase at this stage). The prices are from AusPost and are inclusive of insurance, and where required, a signature on delivery.
We also offer an in store pick up option.
Q. Can I order something that is out of stock or not listed on the website?
Sorry, no this is generally not an option. The current high demand for the product means supply cannot be guaranteed.
We do have stock which is not listed on the online store, and you are welcome to enquiry about specific pieces. Get in touch via the contact page and we'll get back to you with options and some hidden gems!
Q. Do pieces come as sets or individually?
A. We sell almost everything individually. This is mainly to facilitate putting together your own unique 'mix and match' set, and also allows you to build up a collection over time, piece by piece, if you wish. If you would like to see a tentative selection of pieces together, let us know what you are interested in via the contact page, and we'll put them together and send through some photos.
Q. Do you speak Polish? Why are you selling Polish Pottery if you aren't Polish?
A. No, we don't speak Polish. We aren't Polish, but that doesn't mean that we don't love Polish Pottery. We think that it is a wonderful mix of functionality and beauty that you can use everyday.
